1:1 Somatic Breathwork Session (Dr. Aistrup)
The body keeps the score, and often unresolved emotions or trauma can be trapped in the body leading to disease or mental health concerns. In this 1-hour session, breathwork techniques are utilized to safely release these stored emotions and bring in what we want more of in life, like peace, joy, and connection. These sessions can lead to increased resilience to external stressors, improved emotional regulation, enhanced self-awareness, and heightened energy and vitality. It’s been described as taking off a ‘backpack of bricks,’ truly being able to release what no longer serves us.
$150 for a 60 minute
Functional Medicine Consultation (Dr. Aistrup)
Dr. Aistrup takes a holistic and natural approach when working with clients, looking at all aspects of their life from their nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, gut health, relationships, and life purpose in contribution to their mental wellness. Dr. Aistrup utilizes a root cause approach with specialty lab testing to identify underlying physiological contributors to mental health from genetic, GI, hormonal, nutritional, and inflammatory contributors. Corrections to health are made through lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and supplementation.
In this initial 60-minute intake a complete medical and lifestyle evaluation will take place, from there lab work will be recommended if applicable, and a comprehensive treatment plan will be given in the 30-minutes follow up visit.

Acupuncture (Dr. Aistrup)
Acupuncture can help with chronic pain, headaches, sleep disturbances, digestive problems, and mental well-being. During this 45-minute session, thin needles are inserted into specific points on the body to restore balance to the body’s vital energy or qi. Clients are guided into deep relaxation during this process through meditation and sound to further the healing process.

Life Foundations Program (Dr. Aistrup)
Are you feeling stuck or stagnant? Stuck in your mental or physical health journey? Stagnant in your life purpose or intimate relationships? This 3 month program is built to lay the foundations of healthy living; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is built to re-ignite your passionate for life and move you into greater health and fulfillment.
The first month is focused on getting to the root cause of mental and physical health concerns through speciality lab testing and creating a holistic treatment plan. Become empowered to make the best decisions for you based on the latest research and ancient wisdom of healthy living.
The second month is deep work on your inner connection; feel centered, peaceful, and blissful within your being to gain clarity and insight on your life. Learn to lean into a deep trust of yourself and to life to release control, stress, and anxiety. This process is supported by weekly followups alternating between acupuncture and somatic release breath work.
In the third month we will dive into relationships and life-purpose. The quality of your life and health is greatly determined by your relationships. Learn to cultivate a greater since of community and more full-filling and intimate connections.
