Quinn graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 2007. In 2010, after studying under Andrew Weil and traveling to India to study plant-based medicines, he completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Drexel University. Quinn has continuously practiced EM at some of the top Departments in and around Phoenix. He possesses leadership experience in Data Analytics, Quality, Operations, and Business Development. During the pandemic, he was the manager of the largest Emergency Department in Arizona, and his experience was the subject of interviews on CNN, PBS Newshour, BBC World News, NPR, The Washington Post, and The Guardian. He has used Ketamine in his clinical practice and is committed to the emerging field of psychedelic medicines for healing.

Alisia graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. She is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience, with a specialized focus in Neurology. Alisia is a fine artist, muralist, cancer survivor, and environmentalist. With a deep appreciation for art, science, creativity, veganism, holistic wellness, and sustainability, she combines her nursing expertise to guide individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing.

Alisia is passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for those exploring their inner landscapes. She feels strongly about empowering individuals to lead conscious, sustainable, and fulfilled lives, where they can leave a positive impact on the world. Hayley Avino is Doctor of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner and has been a leader in the field of Nursing since 2009. The idea of empowering others to lead healthier lives starting at a young age became not just a pursuit but a calling—fueling her aspirations and shaped her dreams to become a Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in small town Indiana, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ball State University in 2012 Cum Laude. She then went on to achieve her Doctorate from Arizona State University in 2021 Summa Cum Laude and was awarded ASU’s Doctor of Nursing class of 2021 Outstanding Scholar. Prior to joining Kadelyx, Hayley spent a decade in Emergency Room’s throughout the country as an RN, and upon graduating with her DNP built a Functional Medicine Practice—serving as Chief Operating Officer, Medical Director and Lead Nurse Practitioner. Hayley is excited to switch gears by focusing her attention and efforts on other areas of medicine and to enter the groundbreaking field of psychedelic medicine. Additionally, she is a board member for a local non-profit, The Barbell Saves Project, which offers free CrossFit and Yoga to those in recovery from Substance Use Disorder. When Hayley is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, dogs, family, and close friends. She also enjoys working out, cleaning, cooking, a relaxing spa day, spending time in nature, and reading. Hayley considers herself a life long learner and feels honored to have the opportunity to help others through ketamine therapy.

Meredith graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology. She then went on to achieve her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University in Tempe Arizona. She has additional training in orthomolecular psychiatry, psychedelic medicines, reiki, and somatic breathwork. Meredith held the position of Program Director at the Within Center, a holistic mental health and Psychedelic retreat center, in Austin Texas for 2 years. Additionally, she has run her own private practice utilizing a functional and holistic approach for treating clients with mental health and gut health concerns.

Meredith is passionate about creating environments where individuals can deeply connect to themselves and others and explore modalities that catalyze deep healing. Meredith is devoted to cultivating positive change on the planet through individuals healing by naturopathic and psychedelic medicines.

Stephanie is a registered nurse helping to guide individuals in their journey towards wellness. Raised in Pima, Arizona and graduating from her hometown college, she has over 9 years of experience in pediatric emergency and trauma medicine. With her passion for health and involvement in the fitness community, Stephanie became a fitness coach in 2017. Dedicated to her own personal project of “unbecoming” and healing, Stephanie went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Arizona State University in 2022, focusing on the evidence-based approach to integrating the mind, body, and spirit for optimal health and wellbeing. Stephanie is an advocate for integrative health and wellness, while honoring your journey by providing a compassionate and supportive space for healing. In her spare time you can find her exploring the sky with husband Jamie and their dog Coco.

Bethany Joy, a certified Mindfulness Practitioner since 2018 and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor since 2019, seamlessly integrated these two practices to enhance her group asana sessions for individuals ranging from children to adults aged 5 to 75. In 2020, amidst global shifts, Bethany Joy returned to her native Canada, transitioning her focus from group sessions to personalized 1:1 facilitation. This shift allowed her to tailor sequences to meet the unique needs of each client, guiding them toward their wellness objectives with precision and care. By 2021, Bethany Joy relocated to Sun Valley, deepening her expertise in the Science of yoga. In April 2024, she achieved her 1000 hours Yoga Therapy certification, enabling her to resume both group and individual practices. Talor is a Certified Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals on their healing journeys. With her professional expertise, set to be enhanced by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Arizona State University in December 2024, and her own transformative experiences, she creates supportive environments for personal growth and healing. Her practice emphasizes the importance of trusting one’s inner healing intelligence and fostering the mind-body connection. She approaches each individual’s path to well-being with innate compassion and care. Outside of this practice, Talor works in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Phoenix Children’s hospital and enjoys hot yoga, hiking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

David Gonzalez is a dedicated professional firefighter paramedic serving with the Scottsdale Fire Department in Arizona. Born and raised in Mesa, David has always had a passion for helping others, which led him to a career in emergency services. Bilingual and compassionate, David is known for his caring nature and his ability to connect with those he serves, particularly within the Latinx community.

In addition to his work as a firefighter paramedic, David is committed to expanding his impact by guiding individuals through the benefits of Ketamine Therapy, offering support and understanding to those in need.
