Meredith graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology. She then went on to achieve her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University in Tempe Arizona. She has additional training in orthomolecular psychiatry, psychedelic medicines, reiki, and somatic breathwork. Meredith held the position of Program Director at the Within Center, a holistic mental health and Psychedelic retreat center, in Austin Texas for 2 years. Additionally, she has run her own private practice utilizing a functional and holistic approach for treating clients with mental health and gut health concerns.
Meredith is passionate about creating environments where individuals can deeply connect to themselves and others and explore modalities that catalyze deep healing. Meredith is devoted to cultivating positive change on the planet through individuals healing by naturopathic and psychedelic medicines.
