Nurse/Guide

Stephanie, affectionately known as the “Boujee Hippie Nurse,” is a holistic health and wellness nurse coach specializing in ketamine-assisted healing, integration coaching, and fitness and nutrition. With a background in pediatric emergency and trauma nursing, she blends clinical expertise with certifications in psychedelic somatic facilitation and personal training to guide others through profound transformation.

Her journey of unbecoming—shedding limiting identities to embrace authenticity—inspires her science-backed, holistic approach to helping clients live courageously, authentically, and in harmony.

Raised in Pima, Arizona, Stephanie earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Eastern Arizona College (2014) and her BSN from Arizona State University (2022), specializing in integrative mind-body-spirit wellness. A lifelong advocate for movement and strength, she became a fitness coach in 2017, fusing physical wellness with holistic health.

A pioneer in the ketamine healing space, Stephanie offers 1:1 ketamine-assisted sessions, group ketamine ceremonies, integration coaching, and guided meditations.  Blending clinical expertise with teachings from global healers—shamans and medicine women—She creates powerful spaces for healing and self-discovery. As former Director of Nursing at Daytryp Health and facilitator for Naropa University’s BIPOC Ketamine Retreat, Stephanie brings leadership, authenticity, and heart into every transformation she guides.
