Jillian Hagerman, MBA  – Director of Operations

Jillian has always been passionate about helping businesses create meaningful experiences that truly support the people they serve. With a background in marketing, operations, and communication, she understands how thoughtful systems and strong relationships can positively impact both businesses and their communities.

She holds an MBA from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Through her experience working alongside growing organizations, Jillian has developed a people-first approach centered around empathy, problem solving, and creating environments where individuals feel heard and supported.

Her ability to blend strategy with genuine human connection allows her to help businesses operate more intentionally while improving the overall experience for every client, customer, and patient they serve.
