This place is a miracle I loved new freedom and all the things that come along with it , I’m serious it has changed my life around , never would of thought I can even get an opportunity at working again I love everything about this place, and I love everyone from the staff, the classes you go to they teach some good stuff in their you just have to apply yourself and you get what you put out in this program it really does change peoples life’s and I can’t thank you guys enough for giving people that are getting right outta prison another chance at life! The best part about this program in my opinion are the vocational courses they have their which thier is a few different ones to choose from from painting, flooring, framing,electric , CDL, culinary, and a peer support course anyone of them are great courses I took the painting course I took it 2 times I like the course so much and the instructor Joel Sutton big shout out to him and Giles for teaching the class like we were on a painting crew , he teaches it so good and If you pay attention to detail and listen to what and how to do something it’s some of the best things you can do to make money he knows the right way to paint the correct way I should say he don’t cut corners n hell tell you how and what your doing wrong it’s called constructive criticism it helps you ! But yeah I was doing things I never thought I would do like climb up a extension ladder and mask windows I was scared of heights but Joel said in one of his classes if you wanna be successful in life you gotta do things you don’t like to do or don’t wanna do you gotta challenge yourself so I did and after my second window. Had no fear getting up that extension ladder and masking windows shit that just makes me a more valuable employee at the end of the day . But he didn’t only teach the proper way to paint he teaches valuable stuff out the handbook on Monday and Tuesday classes and thanks to that handbook that we go over in those classes help me get a full time job and stick the interview no problem by doing what was taught in that hand book, again thank you Joel for everything you taught in your classes I couldn’t have done it without those skills taught in class,if your serious about changing your life life around New Freedom is the place to do it they wihave everything you need to get what you need done to just gotta apply yourself and ask questions and I promise you you will leave their a changed Pearson and have a whole new outlook. At what the world offers you , I really would love to see new freedoms across the country and cities like Las Vegas Detroit,la because not everyone has a once in a lifetime opportunity like I did thanks again to New freedom for helping me and many others get back to loving life again
