Commitment to Ketamine Safety

At Kadelyx Health we take patient safety surrounding ketamine administration seriously. We are committed to providing the best and most therapeutic ketamine experience possible while administering it in a medically monitored environment capable of addressing any major complications that may arise.

Our practice standards exceed those recommended by our professional society, the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners. All of our clients undergo a thorough medical screening prior to receiving ketamine therapy. We provide continuous pulse oximeter and heart rate monitoring during our treatment sessions, while monitoring for many complications including agitation, vomiting, as well as breathing problems.

There is always an ACLS-trained Provider on site while our clinic is providing ketamine therapy, and only medical professionals ranging from Paramedics to RN’s to MD’s will administer the medication. All of our clinical staff has a minimum of BLS training, and all of our Nursing staff are trained per the Arizona Board of Nursing Advisory Opinion on ketamine administration. We have Oxygen on-site as well as an AED and reversal medications for allergic reactions. 

In caring for our clients, we are committed to avoiding addiction to ketamine by providing it infrequently yet at optimal therapeutic dosing levels. Daily oral ketamine significantly increases the possibility of addiction to the substance and we do not provide it to clients at Kadelyx Health.

Ketamine is a powerful drug that must be used with great caution. There is no need to use it in an unsafe fashion. If you do decide to experience ketamine therapy, please use it wisely and with intention.
